DIGITAL PIERCING CONTRACT

In order for us to pierce you, you must read the contract below carefully, tick one of all points, understand it, and accept it at the bottom of the page.

Which piercing(s) do you want to take? *

The piercing will be performed by a trained & qualified piercer. We guarantee cleanliness and use only sterile equipment, disposable needles and sterilized jewelry of the best quality: Grade 23 Titanium-6AI-4V-ELI, PTFE, Bioplastic. The jewelry is best accepted by the body and does not emit any nickel allergy. Piercer spends the time necessary for the best possible result and all piercings are performed with respect to the client's physique -In order for us to pierce you, you must be able to answer all the points. If there are points that you are unsure of, specify in the message at the bottom. Do you understand the purpose of the contract? *

1. You must follow the set age limit (see age limit under 'Piercing information') and must unsolicitedly present valid identification (bank card, driver's license, passport, etc.) upon arrival. Confirm: *

8. You need to inform the piercer about other possible problems that may affect the piercing and finishing process. confirm if you have any problems: *

9. You must follow the piercer's procedure and let the piercer perform his/her work in concentrated conditions and follow the guidelines given by the piercer. The mobile phone must be switched off and the client's companions asked not to disturb the piercing process. Confirm: *

10. You must follow the advice you receive orally and in writing regarding cleansing and after treatment of the piercing. Confirm: *

11. You will receive information on how the piercing is performed and after care, and give the piercer permission to perform the piercing. Note! Possible problems that occur after the client has left Safari Bodyart Studio / Safari Huset, such as infection, is the client's full responsibility.
